THIS FABULOUS ANTIQUE French Sterling Silver Tea/Coffee Service Set is including a large Tea/Coffee Pot, lidded Sugar Bowl and Milk Pitcher, total 3 pieces. The decoration is in gorgeous Rococo or Louis XV style to the feet, handle and spout, on turn-of-the-Century modern clean surface. All the three pieces are embellished with matching large hand-engraved monogram. Excellent condition. This Set is great for use but also a fabulous showpiece.
Hallmarked 1. French Minerva No.1 mark on each part, which guaranteed .950 purity sterling silver, used in Paris since 1838. This is one of the finest quality sterling silver, higher than standard .925 sterling silver. 2.Maker's mark of Alphonse Debain, 79 rue du Temple, active 1883-1911.
