Offered for your consideration is this very beautiful and elegant, petit size Antique French Sterling Silver & Crystal Wine Decanter by Eugène Lefebvre, active 1896-1910. This fabulous Wine Decanter consists of oval-shaped cut crystal body and sterling silver top mount with long handle, which continued to the pedestal feet. The design is in most opulent and sophisticated Louis XVI style with Neo Classical influence, featuring Feuille d'Eau pattern border, acanthus and berried-laurel leaves, ribbons and architectural elements.
The Crystal Body is also decorated with matching foliage pattern.
This is a very rare petit personal-sized Wine Decanter, measures 8.5 inch (21.5 cm) tall.
Hallmarked French Minerva No.1 marks on the each part, which guarantees 950/1000 purity of solid sterling silver, used in Paris since 1838. Maker's mark is probably that of Eugène Lefebvre, active around 1896-1910.

Excellent Estate Condition with minor sign of light use. A few tiny chips on crystal, mainly on the bottom. Please refer the detail photos we added.
