THIS VERY ELEGANT ANTIQUE French Sterling Silver & Crystal Salad Serving Bowl is masterfully crafted by renown Parisian silversmith from late 19th Century, Henin & Cie, active since 1875 (date of the mark struck off is unknown.) This Serving Bowl has uniquely shaped crystal body, solid sterling silver rim cover mount and pedestal base. The sterling silver rim is finely adorned with Art Nouveau style naturalistic pattern of morning glory and hibiscus flowers gently intertwined. It is nicely embossed, chased and pierced; finely done with masterful attention to details. The bottom of crystal has a classic star-cut. The pedestal base is also made of solid sterling silver.

Hallmarked French Minerva No.1 Titre mark on each part, which guaranteed .950 purity solid sterling silver, used in Paris since 1838. Maker's mark of Henin & Cie, 33 rue des Archives, active since 1875.

A special find for you! Don't miss out!
