The crystal body has unique inflated shape with fluted panelling, surmounted by sterling silver base, rim-cover and lid. The sterling silver mount has classic Rococo style rocaille scallop border and fluted twist decoration. Delightful size of 5.9" (15cm) tall and excellent condition.
Hallmarked French Minerva No.1 Titre mark on each part, to guarantee .950 purity sterling silver, used in Paris since 1838. This is one of the highest quality sterling silver in the world, purer than standard .925 sterling silver.
