This is a very large and extremely rare Antique to Vintage Gorham Sterling Silver Photo Frame from early 20th Century. The frame measures a large 1' high (30.8 cm) with back easel. The flame is fabulously decorated with chased foliage scroll and winged lion-like mystical beasts with marvellous details. There is a very large oblong oval cartouche with hand engraved interlaced monogram, LK. It comprises pristine condition glass panel with wooden backing to secure and protect your photograph. Hallmarked Gorham Manufacturing Company's trading mark of 20th Century, letter HIZ and F, STERLING. The easel is also marked STERLING.
