OFFERED FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION IS this very elegant Antique French Silver-plated Footed Serving Dish or centrepiece, finely crafted by Orfèvre J. Brille, established in 1873. This Serving Dish is thick, massive, and very heavy in high quality craftsmanship. It stands on a baluster pedestal feet, finely decorated with elegant Louis XVI style interlaced ribbon border contour on the edge. The centre is deeper than standard dishes, you can call it almost a bowl - practical and versatile to serve on the table.

Hallmarked JB and a star over lyre in square, master's mark of J. Brille (also active under name Orbrille around 1920s,) at 12 rue Debelleyme, Paris 3e, since 1873.

Very Good to Excellent Estate Condition with minor sign of light use. Some dimple-like micro dents on the surface to note. Please refer the detail photos we added. Otherwise in very good shape, less than usual light scratches from long years of proper use, and professionally polished.
